Marcia Zina Mager has been writing professionally for more than twenty-five years. Her extensive publishing credits include novels, non-fiction books, radio & television, poetry, and feature articles for local and national publications including Guideposts, Guideposts for Kids, New York Daily News, Midweek, Starbulletin, Island Scene Online, Hawaii Hotel Network, Morris Visitor Publications, and Hawaii Woman Magazine.

Her book, Believing in Faeries: A manual for grown-ups (C.W. Daniel Company, 1999), illustrated by Tom Cross, has been translated into German, Italian, Greek, and Dutch. The lushly illustrated hard-cover German edition, Das Feen Geschenk (Ansata, 2001) became a best seller, followed by Feen-set (Ansata, 2002), an illustrated deck of divination cards. Marcia's second German book, The Hidden Kingdom was published by Ansata in 2003 (Ansata & CW Daniel are now owned by Random House).
She is the also the author of the nationally-published 31 Words to Create an Organized Life: Simple Strategies & Expert Advice to Win the Battle against Chaos & Clutter (Inner Ocean/New World Publishing, 2006); Hawaii Cooks with Taro (Mutual Publishing, 2007); and Pocket Guide to Lanai (Mutual Publishing, 2003).
The amazing story of Marcia's second romance novel Lured into Dawn (Berkley/Jove, 1981, translated into eight languages) coming true, literally, a decade after publication was featured on American and Japanese television, and also appears in best-selling book series including Hot Chocolate for the Mystical Lover and Small Miracles. Her extraordinary encounter with wild dolphins was published in Chicken Soup from the Soul of Hawaii.
A dynamic public speaker and seminar leader, Marcia is also the creator of the original Write from the Heart, a national seminar series on creativity founded in NYC in 1986. Write from the Heart has been taught from coast to coast (including Hawaii & Canada) in corporate and educational settings.
